Age Requirement

Renters must be 21+ years old. Allowing an underage driver results in a $2,500 fine and immediate rental cancellation.

Driver’s License

A valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of full coverage insurance are required for all rentals.

CAR Insurance

I’ve held out too long making this review, but I believe that it should have been done the first day I met Lambert at LSO LLC! For the first time in my car buying experiences did I feel that they went above and beyond. I’ve had numerous car buying encounters and LSO made it happen for me! They were on top of it from beginning to end. I still keep in contact with Lambert and I hope to see him again in the next two years for another purchase.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a beautiful Lexus from Lambert at LSO LLC. I made this purchase the hard way. I live in northern Vermont. The car was in Florida. I never saw the car. I have purchased several cars this way in the past. It is usually a difficult process that depends A LOT on the dealer having to go above any beyond with regards to cooperation on numerous levels. Quite often the dealer simply finds the extra work too much trouble and makes the process difficult or impossible. Not here!!! From the moment I spoke with Lambert I had a good 'vibe'. He was not bothered in the least with the additional work needed to help me make this purchase. From answering ALL my questions. To taking extra photos. To accommodating a third party inspection. And taking care of the additional documentation required by an out of state purchase. Lambert did not bat an eye. He simply took care of everything necessary. When the car arrived it was actually better than he represented it to be. No matter how hard you try to make sure a remote purchase is represented accurately that is almost impossible to accomplish.  There needs to be a certain amount of trust you have in the dealer. I think we all know how that often goes. But I felt I could trust Lambert. I was right!!!! The car is great. LSO is great and Lambert is a stand up guy.
